Production Engineer

About the Role: As Production Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production and manpower and will work closely with other departments like procurement, quality control and logistics to meet production targets.

Report To: Production Head

Responsibilities:

· Production Planning as per schedule

· Allotment of work to manpower

· Monitor monthly and weekly production and plans

· Coordinate with stores/productions for availability for raw materials

· To ensure a viable production plan by production team

· Confirm all production are on time and delivered properly

· Monitor daily attendance of manpower

· Keep overall equipment’s effectiveness

· To coordinate with Stores/Production for need of materials requirements

· To ensure production are on time

- They will liaise with production quality procurement logistic and production head.

- They will manage to ensure production are on time and executive production plan as per schedule. Also they will allot work to manpower.

- They are accountable for weekly/monthly production as per schedule as well as accountable for attendance of manpower including overall equipment’s effectiveness.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical/Bachelor in Engineering Mechanical

· 5+ years of experience in production planning

· Knowledge of drawings

· Knowledge of quality

· Knowledge of safety

Skills:

· Good leadership qualities and good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system

· Good in Maths and Statistics

· Good problem solving skills and methods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
