Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Incharge

Location: S-16 South Side GT Road Industrial area Ghaziabad

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience:

• 7–8 years of proven experience in production, manufacturing, or plant operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control daily production activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and material.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain quality standards and coordinate with the Quality team for inspections.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies on the shop floor.
• Manage and train production staff to improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep and minimum downtime.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of production planning & control (PPC)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
