About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with experience in events and campaigns execution to oversee production processes from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to translate creative designs into high-quality physical builds while ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the production and execution of event and campaign materials.
• Coordinate with design, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of concepts.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Supervise fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes on-site.
• Ensure materials, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground execution to maintain quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and production best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in production engineering within events, exhibitions, or campaign execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site installation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Conditions
