Production Engineer

*Job Description:

The Production Engineer is responsible for optimizing the production process of EPS products, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves analyzing production data, improving processes, and supporting the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Implement process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Ensure that production machinery is operating at optimal levels.

• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain product quality.

• Support the Production Manager in achieving production targets.

*Detailed Job Tasks:

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Implement process optimization techniques to increase production efficiency.

• Monitor machine performance and recommend adjustments to improve output.

• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure EPS products meet quality standards.

• Support the Production Manager in achieving daily and monthly production targets.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Train production staff on new processes and technologies.

• Monitor raw material usage and recommend ways to reduce waste.

*REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Engineering graduate of any field.

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in production and knowledgeable in machine operation and troubleshooting.

• Working in Manufacturing field is a must ( EPS Manufacturing Company)
