Experience level: 3–5 years in production engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication / cut & bend industry.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of rebar processing, cutting and bending machinery, and production workflows.
Ability to plan production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs for efficiency.
Strong coordination skills with QA/QC, maintenance, logistics, and focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Hands-on experience in steel reinforcement and rebar processing operations.
Good understanding of production reporting, material control, and HSE practices.
