Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The candidate will be hired from Dubai and must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA. The role involves managing aluminum and façade production activities, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise factory production for aluminum and façade systems.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with the design department.
• Plan and control production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material planning.
• Monitor productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead and manage production workforce and supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, unitized façade, and cladding systems.
• Experience working in UAE aluminum/façade companies preferred.
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
