Production Engineer (INJECTION MOULDING)

JD for Production Engineer:-

• Planning and coordinating daily production processes and achieving the daily production target.

• Developing process improvements to effectively use materials and equipment

• Manpower planning cost reduction, Rejection control & Quality improvement projects, Kaizen implementation.

• Following product specifications and quality control measures

• RM issuing on production lines based upon the production planning

• Taking corrective and preventive actions to ensure no quality concerns

• Responsible for managing the production team, including training and development, performance monitoring, and ensuring a healthy working environment.

• Making sure that daily checksheets filling and data recording is getting done properly as per the process.

• Awareness of Quality standards, tools, work ides and safety.

Skillset Required:-

• Proficient in MS office

• Basic knowledge of 7QC tools, Kaizen, 5S, CAPA, Poka yoke, 4M, 3M.

• ERP software experience is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria:-

• B.tech/Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

• Exp.- Min – 2-3 years

Preferably from Injection Moulding Background

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Plastics injection molding: 3 years (Required)
• ERP software: 3 years (Required)
• production engineer : 3 years (Required)
