Production Engineer Intern

Job Overview:

Powersonic India Private Limited is looking for a driven Production Engineer to actively participate in and oversee the production of electric wires, cables, and wire harnesses. The selected candidate will be involved in all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve directly in the production process of electric wires, cables, and wire harnesses.
• Monitor and adjust production activities to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality outputs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with other teams such as quality control, maintenance, and planning.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and company policies during production.
• Maintain detailed reports on production activities and outputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 12th STD ,ITI ,Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in production engineering or a similar field.
• Familiarity with wire harness manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and software.
