Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Production Engineer with strong hands-on

expertise in sheet metal and heavy fabrication processes. The candidate will be

responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing production activities to achieve quality,

cost, delivery, and safety targets. The role demands leadership on the shop floor, process

improvement skills, and deep technical knowledge of fabrication manufacturing.

 Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

 Ensure smooth execution of sheet metal and heavy fabrication jobs.

 Monitor productivity, cycle times, and output as per production targets.

 Coordinate with PPC, Stores, and Dispatch teams for on-time delivery.

 Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and workload balancing.
