Production Engineer - Pre-insulated HVAC Duct

Our Role: Pre-Insulated Duct Production Engineer with estimation knowledge

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Insulated Duct Production Engineer with knowledge of estimation to oversee production activities, ensure quality standards, and support efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production of pre-insulated ducts and accessories
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets
• Ensure proper operation and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines used in duct fabrication
• Maintain quality control standards and minimize material wastage
• Coordinate with design, planning, and installation teams
• Train and guide production workers and helpers
• Ensure safety procedures and good housekeeping on the shop floor
• Monitor raw material usage and report requirements to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BTech/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC
• Ability to read drawings and production specifications
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years required.
