Production Engineer / Production Coordinator – Facade Project

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Engineer / Production Coordinator with a strong background in facade manufacturing and fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient fabrication and timely delivery of facade systems while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities for facade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems.
• Review fabrication drawings, production schedules, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and resources required for production.
• Prepare production reports, progress updates, and resource planning schedules.
• Resolve production-related issues and coordinate corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facade manufacturing, production engineering, or production coordination.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminum facade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and shop drawings.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production tracking/reporting tools.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• GCC experience in facade manufacturing or construction projects.
• Experience working with facade contractors or aluminum fabrication companies.
