Production Engineer - Stee Wire

Ø Mechanical Engineer with some experience from steel wire drawing, Galvanizing steel wire industry required.

Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

Ø Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

Ø Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.

Ø Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

Ø Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.

Ø Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

Ø Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.

Ø Document current as-is production processes and best practices at each work station.
