Production Engineer – Surface Preparation & Painting

Prestige Engineering L.L.C., Sharjah, is looking for a Production Engineer specialized in Surface Preparation and Painting with a strong background in oilfield painting applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in surface preparation and painting in the oilfield industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting procedures, standards, and quality requirements.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and execute production activities related to Surface preparation and painting.
• Hands-on experience in monitoring surface preparation, application methods, and inspection. (Airless spray application, Epoxy systems, Glass flake linings)
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee production activities related to surface preparation and painting.
• Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project, QC, and client teams to meet job requirements.
• Optimize resources and ensure timely completion of projects.
