Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding and knowledge of conference topics.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research on search engines, LinkedIn and cold calling.
  • Phone and email communication with prospects.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Making 110+ calls every day..
  • Creating presentations or pitches for each individual conference assigned
  • Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to ensure project success.

What we require?

  • Experience in B2B telesales, Sales & Marketing is a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates can also applied
  • Understanding of the sales processes and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (company language).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to negotiate.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player but also able to work independently.
  • Effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities concurrently.
