Production Food Grade Tig Welder/Fabricator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work effectively in a shop environment. This role involves assembling and fabricating components using various welding techniques and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. We require our welders to put out the highest quality product. Must have at least 3-5 years Tig welding experience on aluminum and stainless. Must have at least 3-5 years fabrication experience. Must be able to weld 18ga Stainless and .090 Aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize Tig and Mig welding techniques to fabricate metal components.
• Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications and ensure structural integrity.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively, including micrometers for precise measurements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Experience

• MUST BE ABLE TO WELD THIN GUAGE MATERIAL AND KNOW HOW TO FABRICATE.
• Proven experience in fabrication and welding.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents related to fabrication projects.
• Experience using power tools, plasma cutting equipment, and measuring instruments such as micrometers.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations in fabrication tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
