Production Foreman – Factory Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
• Allocate work to manpower and ensure targets are met on time
• Monitor production quality, productivity, and safety compliance
• Track progress and report Plan vs. Achieved status
• Coordinate with Project In-Charge / Engineer
• Ensure proper material handling, stacking, packing, and dispatch
• Conduct Toolbox Talks and maintain shop-floor discipline

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Production preferred)
• 8–10 years’ experience as Production Foreman / Supervisor in a factory
• Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards

Location: Factory Unit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
