Qualification: 3+ year experience in bakery production. Knowledge of food safety standards preferred.

Job Role:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations.
• Prepare production schedules based on sales forecasts and branch requirements.
• Ensure timely supply of bakery products to all branches.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with approved recipes and standards.
• Control raw material consumption and minimize production waste.
• Supervise production staff and manage shift schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / Municipality regulations).
• Coordinate with the purchasing department regarding raw material requirements.
• Monitor production costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic production reports for management review.
