Production Head – Exhibition Booth, Printing & Signage

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Production Head to oversee and manage all production activities for exhibition booth fabrication and Events works. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience managing a full production team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in exhibition booth production
• Strong knowledge of materials: MDF, wood, metal, acrylic, printing substrates
• Ability to read 3D designs, AutoCAD drawings, and production plans
• Experience in workshop management, scheduling, and resource planning
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage carpenters, painters, fabricators, applicators, and technicians
• Understanding of installation processes for events, exhibitions, and signage
• UAE experience is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete production for booths, signage, and printing jobs
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery of all projects
• Supervise workshop teams and allocate daily tasks
• Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, and draftsmen
• Check quality, measurements, and finishing of all work before dispatch
• Manage materials, procurement, and inventory control
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of workshop equipment
• Solve production issues and maintain workflow efficiency
• Support on-site installation when needed
