Production Head - Night Shift

Digitaurus Tech is seeking an experienced Production Head to lead and oversee our development, design, and project delivery teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of web/app production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations across development, design, and project management teams.
• Manage workload distribution, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leads, and QA teams for smooth execution.
• Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and output.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company standards and KPIs.
• Resolve escalations, bottlenecks, and delivery conflicts proactively.
• Provide regular production reports and updates to senior management.
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a software house or digital agency in a leadership/managerial production role.
• Strong understanding of web and app development cycles.
• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in night-shift environments preferred.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
