Production Head -Woven Garment Factory

This role is strictly for candidates with strong WOVEN garment factory experience, handling 500+ employees and 400+ sewing machines.
Candidates without woven factory leadership experience will not be considered.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Production Head – Woven Garments to lead complete factory production operations. The role is responsible for output, efficiency, quality, manpower control, and on-time delivery across a large woven garment manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead factory production with 500+ manpower and 400+ machines
• Drive daily output, efficiency, line balancing, and productivity
• Execute production plans in coordination with PPC / Merchandising
• Ensure quality standards, reduce rework and alterations
• Manage manpower planning, shifts, and discipline
• Ensure on-time completion of orders and shipment readiness
• Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 12–20 years in WOVEN garment manufacturing ONLY
• Proven leadership in large woven factories
• Strong shop-floor control and people management
• Experience with export woven production preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
