Job Description

A Production Helper at Ghadeer Dairy works on the factory production line assisting machine operators and production supervisors in the manufacturing, filling, packing, and cleaning processes of dairy products such as milk, yogurt, laban, and juices.

Main Duties:

• Assist in processing and production of dairy products (milk, laban, yogurt, juice)
• Operate basic production line tasks under supervision
• Feed raw materials into machines (milk tanks, filling machines, packaging lines)
• Pack finished products into cartons, crates, or pallets
• Label products and check expiry dates and batch codes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas (HACCP standards)
• Wash and sanitize equipment, tanks, and work areas
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Follow safety instructions and report any machine faults or issues
• Assist machine operators during production changeovers or maintenance

Skills & Requirements:

• Physically fit (standing long hours, lifting 20–30 kg)
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
• Basic English or Arabic communication
• Willing to work in shift system (day/night shifts)
• No high education usually required (secondary level preferred)
• Experience in factory or food production is an advantage

Pay: From QAR1,600.00 per month
