Job Title: Production Incharge – Fit-Out / Joinery

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge to join a reputed Fit-Out / Joinery Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising production activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the joinery / fit-out workshop
• Ensure production targets are met within timelines and budget
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with company and project standards
• Manage manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare production reports and update management on progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Fit-Out / Joinery Company
• Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, and machinery
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
