Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient operation.

· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.

· Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

· Monitor the use of equipment and ensure it is maintained in good working condition.

· Coordinate with design, quality control, stores, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.

· Identify and resolve production issues in real time.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.

· Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field

· Minimum 2 year of experience as Production Supervisor or Incharge in a manufacturing company

· Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, assembly, and steel structure production

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
