Production & Installation Helper – Signs, Wraps & Graphics

ALTA Creative is a fast-growing large-format print, signage, and wrap company based in San Diego. We produce everything from vehicle wraps and wall murals to storefront graphics, signs, banners, and event branding.

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Part-Time Production & Installation Helper to assist with daily shop operations, graphic installations, vehicle prep, production finishing, and general support work.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the sign and wrap industry and grow long-term.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle wraps, wall wraps, and vinyl installations
• Prep vehicles and surfaces for graphics
• Laminate, trim, weed, tape, and package printed graphics
• Help load/unload materials and completed jobs
• Assist with signage fabrication and shop organization
• Support installers on-site at client locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Help meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifting 50+ lbs
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Experience in signs, wraps, construction, tint, or trades is a plus — but not required

• Can work independently once trained

Pay

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Opportunity for additional hours during busy weeks
• Potential to grow into a full-time installer or production role

Schedule

• Part-time
• Flexible weekday availability preferred
• Occasional overtime/weekend work available
