Production Inventory Auditor (WMS)

We are seeking a Production Inventory Auditor (WMS) to monitor and reconcile raw product inventory within a fast-paced food processing facility. This role is responsible for performing regular inventory reconciliation checks throughout the shift to ensure product consumption recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) matches actual production usage.

The auditor will work closely with production supervisors, forklift operators, and line leads to identify scanning errors, correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory reconciliation checks every 2 hours throughout the shift
• Compare physical product counts vs WMS inventory records
• Investigate discrepancies caused by missing or incorrect scans
• Work with production and warehouse staff to correct inventory errors
• Monitor barcode scanning compliance for raw product consumption
• Document discrepancies and report trends to management
• Assist with inventory adjustments and traceability verification
• Support production teams in maintaining accurate lot tracking

Qualifications

• Experience working in food processing, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with WMS systems like Redline, Famous, SAP and RF scanners preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, or tablets)
• Ability to communicate with production staff and supervisors

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
