Job Summary

Saluda Hill Landscapes is looking for a motivated individual to grow their project management skills by starting or continuing a career in Production Landscaping.

This position will oversee and manage landscape installation, provide direction for crews, follow a schedule and execute plans, manage relations and expectations of our customers, and any additional duties as required by the division.

This position plays a key part in the effective operation of the division. A successful candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills and time management skills. If you have a passion for growth and advancement, you can expect to have a diverse and fulfilling career with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage landscape installation crews to ensure efficiency and quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Conduct job site assessments and daily evaluations to ensure project readiness.
• Serve as the primary field liaison between office staff and customer representatives.
• Assist with job estimating to support project planning and budgeting.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to track project performance.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or higher (required)
• Clean driving record (required)
• General knowledge of construction and project management
• Great communication skills, both written and oral
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Can meet deadlines & remain calm under pressure
