Job Summary
Saluda Hill Landscapes is looking for a motivated individual to grow their project management skills by starting or continuing a career in Production Landscaping.
This position will oversee and manage landscape installation, provide direction for crews, follow a schedule and execute plans, manage relations and expectations of our customers, and any additional duties as required by the division.
This position plays a key part in the effective operation of the division. A successful candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills and time management skills. If you have a passion for growth and advancement, you can expect to have a diverse and fulfilling career with us.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage landscape installation crews to ensure efficiency and quality work.

Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and provide updates.

Conduct job site assessments and daily evaluations to ensure project readiness.

Serve as the primary field liaison between office staff and customer representatives.

Assist with job estimating to support project planning and budgeting.

Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to track project performance.
Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or higher (required)

Clean driving record (required)

General knowledge of construction and project management

Great communication skills, both written and oral
