Production Lead / Asst Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Lead / Assistant Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend leadership with hands-on design work and ensuring the seamless execution of visual projects across various platforms. As a key contributor, overseeing production will be crutial to keeping workflow seemless and efficient . Your energetic approach and passion for design will help elevate our brand presence and deliver high-quality visual content that resonates with audiences. (This is NOT a remote position)

Responsibilities

• Must have a Professional appearance and a Positive outlook.
• Prioritize workflow; communicate to production staff daily; supervise the production process.
• Organize workflow through the production process.
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction.
• Communicate with other employees and customers in a calm and professional manner.
• Multi-task—work on different projects simultaneously.
• Keep the production area neat, clean and organized.
• Assess and maintain current technology; notify Franchisee of any needed updates.
• Train employees on equipment, tools and efficiency-building methods.
• Serve as a backup for overflow design needs.
• Serve as backup in answering the phone and assisting at front counter if the franchisee, center manager and sales/service employees are not available.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Communicate with other employees regarding timing, extra charges, errors to enable them to keep customer advised of situations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center.
• Understand the sales process to consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to use light equipment.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) ***MUST have some experience
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
• Solid understanding of layout design and visual design best practices.
• Experience in sign manufacturing or production design is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
