Production Lead (Filling Department)

Shift: Monday - Friday 1 pm - 9:45pm (Must have shift flexibility)

Job Duties:

• Verify production lines are set and ready to run. Review daily schedule and verify packaging, components, products and staff. Communicate any discrepancies.
• Process line checks throughout the shift including reviewing paperwork for completeness.
• Process batch reconciliations.
• Prepare and process orders for transfer to either QC or shipping departments.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with management and staff; directs or helps staff in assigned areas as necessary. Follow up with the training of temporary employees.
• Review process notes from prior shift and update in ERP
• Shut down or transfer pods and record training issues.
• Support supervisors and managers with day to day operations.

Qualifications:

At least one year of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook)

Mechanically inclined is a plus!
