Production Lead (Spanish and English Required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Lead for our Teardown Department, overseeing approximately 25 employees. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily production, training employees, and ensuring quality and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily teardown/disassembly operations while actively working alongside the team
• Train employees on proper disassembly techniques across the product line
• Maintain production flow to meet quality and output targets
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on the production floor
• Monitor quality, productivity, and department organization
• Support scheduling and coverage; act as backup to the Production Supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with performance expectations and team accountability
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or lead experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude (experience with tools, parts, or equipment disassembly preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English required) for communication and training
• Ability to lead while performing hands-on production work
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
