We are seeking a dedicated Production & Batching Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and be knowledgeable about FDA regulations. This position involves processing, packaging, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities / Production Associate

• Responsible for packaging finished goods into correctly label containers
• Ensure containers are properly sealed and metal detected before being palletized for shipping
• Follows SOPs and work instructions for packaging, sealing, metal detecting and stacking for smooth and quality work
• Follows GMPs and sanitation policies to ensure food safety regarding finished product and raw materials
• Fills out necessary documentation to ensure accurate lot recording for traceability
• Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly to meet sanitation standards

• Responsible for Organizing and weighing raw materials for specific batches/products
• Follows Batching SOP to establish a clean work environment with good through put
• Adheres to strict Allergen Control Programs/policies to eliminate/prevent cross-contact issues
• Follows GMPs and sanitation policies to ensure food safety regarding finished product and raw materials
• Fills out necessary documentation to ensure accurate lot recording for traceability

Qualifications Nice To Have

• Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in food production or processing
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads as required
