Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our alcohol manufacturing facility. The Line Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, production knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production line
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Train and mentor production staff
• Enforce workplace safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for alcohol production
• Resolve production issues quickly and efficiently
• Coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams

Requirements

• Graduate, High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
• Experience in beverage or alcohol manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills (Excel, production software)
• Ability to work shifts if required
