Role Overview

As a Production Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be a critical part of our client’s onsite production support team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and supporting team success. You will play an essential role in ensuring parts and materials are where they need to be—keeping our production lines moving and our standards high.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure timely movement of materials between storage, production, and staging areas to support efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking through system updates and real-time monitoring of work-in-process.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and escalate material discrepancies to help minimize disruptions.
  • Follow standard work procedures and safety protocols while working with attention to detail and pride in your work.

What We're Looking For

  • Team-first attitude and willingness to support others to meet shared goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and complete training on 1st shift for up to 90 days.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory, material handling, or logistics support.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.

Starting compensation is $20.50 per hour plus a shift differential for third shift work hours.
