Full-Time – First Shift Only 7:00am – 3:30pm, Mon-Fri (occasional overtime)

Position Summary:

Production Team Members are responsible for all steps in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of our products with high quality standards to meet the expectations of our customers.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of machinery and hand tools as required according to standard routings and work instructions
• Perform all work tasks completely and accurately
• Perform other manufacturing-related tasks as directed by the Production Manager
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hands-on manufacturing environment is required
• Ability to work with hands using small tools, with an eye for Quality at all times
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills and functions
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods depending on the task
• Ability to operate tools and machinery in a safe manor
• Ability to get to and from work on time every day per your schedule
• Ability to lift as much as 35 pounds
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently multi-task
• Capable of working in a collaborative team environment that is dynamic and fast-paced, and may at times contain competing deadlines
