Production Manager

THIS IS A ONE-YEAR FIXED CONTRACTUAL POSITION

About the role: We are seeking a Production Execution Super User to support the successful rollout of our ERP system. This role acts as the bridge between the production team and the project team, ensuring that system processes for production execution are tested, validated, and embedded effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for Production Execution during ERP deployment.
• Test, validate, and provide feedback on production execution processes in the new system.
• Support the production team with system-related queries and training.
• Ensure master data and transaction data for production execution is accurate and ready for go-live.
• Participate in workshops, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with the central project team to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in production execution processes (shop floor operations, order management, confirmations).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP PP or SAP Production Execution preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
