Production Manager

Target Trading & Contracting is one of Qatar's largest providers of international-grade stainless steel, known for supplying quality service and solutions. The company is also Qatar's leading supplier in wood and accessories, ensuring top-tier products and services to its clients.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Doha. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, coordinate with different departments to ensure product quality, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Responsibilities also include improving manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and leading a team of production staff to meet productivity targets.

• Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and operations planning
• Skills in team leadership, staff coordination, and project management
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations
• Ability to manage production schedules and inventory control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the stainless steel or wood industry is a plus
• Proficiency in production management software is an advantage
