Production Manager

Job Description

• Planning, managing and controlling all factory functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management.
• Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards
• Preparing weekly production reports on achieved/ look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project management team.
• Controlling all the departments/ production lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control
• Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of imported machinery.
• Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing/training operators for each specific machine

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in Auto Cad & Microsoft office.
• Supervision, Coaching and Managing Processes and Process Improvement.
• Tracking Budget Expenses, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation.
• Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity, Financial Planning and Strategy.
• Achievement Orientation
• Ability to inspect the stone products for quality concerns
• Added advantage work in Marble Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
