Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes for printing and packaging, maintain high-quality standards, meet production targets, and optimize resources while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise production processes for printing and packaging operations.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards for printed and packaged products.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and raw material usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in printing or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, packaging production, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in luxury packaging or high-volume printing operations.
