Production Manager

Company Overview:
We are a full-service sign and graphics company specializing in everything from monument signs to vehicle wraps, print production, and custom signage. With a team of talented installers, designers, and fabricators, we take pride in delivering high-quality, American-made signs that last. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of workflow, staff coordination, and job tracking.

Position Overview:
The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in our sign shop. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of sign production, materials, timelines, and install requirements. You will work closely with sales, design, and install teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules and deadlines for all sign jobs
• Coordinate with design, print, fabrication, and installation teams
• Track jobs using our workflow system "Trello"
• Ensure quality control at each stage of the process
• Source and manage inventory of materials
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely solutions
• Hire, train, and supervise production staff
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience (sign industry or similar)
• Strong understanding of sign types, materials, and fabrication methods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Experience using production or project tracking software
• Multitasking.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
