Are you a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives on turning process challenges into production excellence?
We’re seeking a Production Manager to lead our electronics manufacturing operations, develop and refine processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the production floor.
As a key member of the Leadership Team, you’ll oversee all aspects of day-to-day production — from scheduling and staff development to process optimization, lean implementation, and quality management. You’ll have a direct impact on our ability to deliver high-quality consumer electronic products efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do
§ Lead, coach, and develop a skilled production team of 5–10 employees.
§ Design and execute production plans that meet daily and weekly targets.
§ Implement and evolve lean manufacturing processes to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.
§ Manage production budgets, staffing levels, and production capacity.
§ Drive process improvements through data analysis and key performance metrics.
§ Collaborate with engineering to align product design and manufacturing capabilities.
§ Introduce new product launches into full-scale production.
§ Maintain a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.
What You Bring
§ 5–10 years of experience managing production in an electronics manufacturing environment.
§ A bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or mechanical engineering (or related field).
§ Proven success in developing and executing strategic production plans.
§ Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing (such as Lean, Kanban, 5S, TPM).
§ Strong leadership skills — you motivate teams, set clear goals, and hold people accountable.
§ Familiarity with MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.
§ Working knowledge of SMT, reflow ovens, AOI, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes.
§ Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement measurable improvements.
Nice to Have
§ Contract manufacturing or project management experience.
§ Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
§ Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
§ Experience supervising engineering teams or overseeing manufacturing engineering.
