Production Manager

Located in Norcross, GA

Position: Production Supervisor Must be Bilingual; English/Spanish

Salary $25 - $30 hour

Job Description.

We are rapidly growing dog treat manufacture and E commerce company. We produce our exclusive line of dog treats for retail and wholesale customers nationally. We are looking for a production supervisor that can grow with the company. This will require an individual who has proven supervisory skills along with excellent motivational expertise. Are you the kind of person who will jump in and assist with getting the job done?

Minimum Requirements: These are if you cannot meet these requirements DO NOT APPLY

1.4pm – 12:30am (during the week) and Saturday

2. Must be Bilingual; English/Spanish.

3. Must have a drivers License and Transportation

4. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production-based food manufacturing environment and/or commercial kitchen.

5. Must have at least 1 year experience and a supervisor managing a minimum of 4 employees.

6. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

7. Must be able to provide 3 references that can substantiate your work experience and character.

Job requirement.

1. Able and comfortable operating manufacturing equipment and supervising equipment operators.

2. Must be able to follow directions and stay productive without constant supervision.

3. Ability to establish priorities, goals, deadlines and meet them.

4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude.

5. Must have excellent time management, problem solving, planning and judgement skills.

6. Must be flexible, able to handle shifting priorities and projects according to production requirements.

7. Must have a “Safety First” mind set.

8. Must have a “Quality First” mind set.
