Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for our Kitchen Furniture Manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily production schedules for joinery and kitchen furniture projects.
• Ensure timely execution of production activities in line with project deadlines.
• Prepare production programming for Lipping Machine, CNC Machine, and Beam Saw Machine.
• Operate and supervise the use of CNC, Lipping, and Beam Saw machines.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Design Team, and Factory Supervisors to align production plans.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering.
• Track production progress and prepare daily and weekly production reports.
• Resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow in the factory.
• Ensure all production work meets required quality standards and client specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in Kitchen Furniture or Joinery Manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC Machine, Lipping Machine, and Beam Saw Machine.
• Experience in production programming for the above machines.
• Sound knowledge of materials such as MDF, Plywood, and Particle Board.
• Strong IT skills for production planning, reporting, and coordination.
