This position will be responsible for the control and efficient operation of the production department. A successful candidate will have an understanding of all processes involved as well as excellent communication skills. The Production Manager will be held accountable for achieving and maintaining budget goals, as well as upholding a high level of quality standards and managing personnel. This position reports to the Plant Manager, and is a full-time position with great benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe workplace for employees.
• Set/enforce production standards.
• Plan work schedules for employees and ensure that they are met.
• Ensure that employees have the training and skills necessary to successfully complete their tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and ensure that proper repairs are made.
• Provide feedback to supervisors to ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality of products.
• Maintain ISO certifications.
• Act as a liaison between the company and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Production Manager: 8 years (Preferred)
• Automotive Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Coating: 3 years (Preferred)
