Position: Production Manager

Work Location: Wada (Palghar) / Borivali (Mumbai)

Reporting To: Managing Director

Salary: Based on last drawn salary, interview and experience.

Experience : minimum 10 years

Age: Between 38 years to 50 years

Work Schedule: 5 days at Wada plant (Monday to Thursday and Saturdays)/ 1 day at Borivali Head Office (Fridays)

Key Responsibilities including the below but not limited to:

• Plan and organize production schedules as per demand
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce cost
• Manage daily production activities and workforce
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation and reporting them to MD Sir on day to day basis
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Monitor production output, quality, and wastage
• Implement quality control and safety standards
• Ensure timely completion of production targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Any other work as alloted by the reporting head.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
