Gabion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of gabion boxes, wire mesh products, and geotechnical solutions used in civil engineering, infrastructure, and environmental protection works.

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Production Managers to lead manufacturing operations at our factories in Nepal, Himachal Pradesh, and Assam. The ideal candidate will have 10- 15+ years of experience in wire mesh, gabion box, or metal fabrication industries, with a strong background in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations for gabion and wire mesh manufacturing.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards (QA/QC) and compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 systems.
• Supervise and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and supply chain departments for smooth plant operations.
• Oversee inventory management, raw material usage, and waste reduction.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvement through technology upgrades and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of gabion manufacturing, wire mesh production, or metal fabrication.
• Expertise in Production Planning and Control (PPC) and process optimization.
• Sound understanding of quality systems, preventive maintenance, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management in the metal, wire mesh, or construction materials industry.
• Prior experience in gabion manufacturing or civil engineering products will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
