Production Manager

Job description:

This is part office position with part on-site project supervision. This Management position is intended to help you become a partner in the company. As you can imagine, this is not to be taken lightly. If you ever wanted your shot to be part of something big, this is it. That being said, we are a group of entrepreneurs and trailblazers, and we expect our Production Manager to be the same.

**Overview:**

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, common sense, and experience in scheduling small home renovation crews of 1-3 people, ordering materials from suppliers, and calculating workers' bonus pay.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in personnel scheduling, preferably in construction.

- Proficiency in using a computer.

- Knowledge of home renovation operations.
