Production Manager

Job Summary

White Eagle Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager for its condenser manufacturing facility at Port Qasim. The role is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end production operations, ensuring optimal productivity, quality compliance, cost control, and effective coordination across all supporting departments. The Production Manager will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational discipline, and team performance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production operations for condenser manufacturing
• Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of output, quality, efficiency, and delivery timelines
• Lead, supervise, and develop production engineers, supervisors, machine operators, and technicians
• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs, process controls, and safety practices
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and cost optimization
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Supply Chain departments
• Monitor raw material consumption, WIP, and finished goods; analyze and report variances
• Ensure timely resolution of production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and quality concerns
• Review and analyze production KPIs, downtime reports, efficiency metrics, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and ISO requirements
• Support audits, inspections, and management reporting as required

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in HVAC, condenser, evaporator, or sheet metal manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing production teams in a factory/plant environment
