Production Manager

As our operations expand, we are looking to bring on a dynamic and driven Production Manager to strengthen our leadership team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all field operations related to landscape maintenance, construction, and lawn care. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a well-spoken, skilled leader with multiple years of landscape management experience who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and support maintenance and construction crews on daily operations; participate in field work as needed
• Maintain high standards of quality control across all job sites
• Arrive at the shop by 5:40 AM each morning to lead roll-out and morning routines with all crews
• Communicate with multiple crews throughout the day to keep production on track and ensure daily goals are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and company leadership
• Train field personnel on safety procedures, job performance, and equipment use
• Monitor and manage truck and equipment maintenance to reduce downtime
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-morale work environment
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational strategies and performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of landscape or construction operations experience
• 1+ year of management experience in the landscape industry required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape construction; licensing is a plus and will bring more pay
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• References from other landscape companies required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $70,000–$75,000 per year
• Company truck with fuel card
• Paid vacation and sick leave

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
