Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our tailoring workshop and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bespoke tailoring production (suits, shirts, trousers) and the ability to manage end-to-end workshop processes — from master cutter to stitching tailors — ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all workshop operations (cutting, stitching, finishing).
• Coordinate with the master cutter, head tailor, and stitching team.
• Supervise and schedule workflow for efficient production timelines.
• Oversee first fittings and ensure garments are on track for perfect delivery.
• Conduct quality control checks at each stage of production.
• Ensure finishing, detailing, and garment presentation meet Santoba standards.
• Use CRM software and Excel to manage production tracking and updates.
• Report production status, bottlenecks, and quality issues to management.
• Train, guide, and mentor tailoring staff where necessary.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in a tailoring workshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of bespoke tailoring (suits, shirts, trousers).
• Previous experience in production management / workshop supervision.
• Basic computer skills: CRM usage, Excel, and general software familiarity.
• Basic English communication (speaking & writing).
• Eye for detail, strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
