Chip Cookies is hiring a Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead a production team in our Salt Lake City facility.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead people well, maintain quality standards, drive production results, and help build a stronger operation as we grow.
We're looking for a dependable, organized, high-accountability leader who is comfortable managing a team, solving problems, improving processes, and using numbers to understand production goals and execute against a plan.
- Lead a shift team of 10–20 production employees

Execute the daily production plan and keep output on schedule

Monitor performance against daily goals, labor needs, and production targets

Use numbers and production data to understand whether the team is on track and adjust as needed

Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

Help ensure the right people are in the right roles and support staffing, training, and team development

Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to expectations and standards

Help implement and improve processes, procedures, and workflows

Communicate clearly with a bilingual team in English and Spanish

Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep production moving

Support food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance

Help create a positive, accountable, and productive team culture
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Previous leadership experience in production, food manufacturing, foodservice, warehouse, or similar fast-paced operations

Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable

Comfortable with numbers, production goals, and performance expectations

Able to understand a plan, execute it, and make adjustments to stay on track

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Able to maintain standards and make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience in food production or manufacturing

Knowledge of quality systems, food safety, GMPs, HACCP, SQF, sanitation, or compliance standards

Experience improving SOPs, training systems, or operational processes

Experience managing team performance, staffing decisions, or shift planning
