Production Manager cum warehouse superisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations for food processing and coffee/nut/food items roasting lines.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.
  • Supervise roasting, grinding, packing, and dispatch activities with strict hygiene standards.
  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
  • Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, logistics, and sales teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain production records, stock reports, and machine maintenance logs.
  • Lead and train production & warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement continuous improvement for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end production activities for food processing and roasting operations.
  • Develop daily/weekly production plans to meet customer orders and maintain optimal output.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance.
  • Track production KPIs such as yield, wastage, downtime, and efficiency.

Warehouse & Inventory Supervision

  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of materials.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety guidelines.
  • Supervise production workers, roasters, warehouse staff, and helpers.
  • Train employees on SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to timeline

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in food manufacturing, roasting, or FMCG production is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and roasting operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
  • Ability to manage both production and warehouse functions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
